Behavioral Modeling: skill acquisition for the 21st century
If you’re building a business on your own, you don’t have time to waste.
You need to acquire skills fast. Not really because you're under some performance gun, but because you really want to get to the part where executing is fun because you're good at it.
Whether it’s selling, speaking, writing, leading, or just making better decisions under pressure, the skills you master today shape the results you get tomorrow.
There's one problem: the way we've been taught to learn is slow. You know, the kind that fills your head without changing what you do...
That’s why I’ve spent the last 25 years practicing something different: behavioral modeling.
It’s a discipline rooted in Neurolinguistic Programming, also known as NLP, where instead of studying what someone says they do, you absorb what they actually do at the behavioral level. You pick someone who performs at a high level in the skill you want to acquire, and you model their behavior from the inside out through action instead of theory.
You start by doing, by stepping into their patterns, matching their results, and only then breaking it down into something you can teach, refine, or repeat.
Since 2007, I’ve been writing about these ideas at dailyNLP.com, and since 2017, I’ve been running the only practical modeling trainings available online. Real modeling. Real skills. Real transfer.
If there’s a skill you’ve struggled to pick up through books or courses, one you know would change your business or life, modeling might be the key.
This is your invitation to explore this incredible discipline.
